Our 'Ferocious' LGD....

Dear dog:
The process of removing the laminate flooring will not kill you, me, or the children. You can come out of hiding now.
Love, Mama

Baa baa, black sheep...

Listening to Buddy sing... "Baa baa orange sheep, underwear hole...."

swimming, swimming....

The boy has his first swimming lesson tomorrow, so I got out his bathing suit & swim diaper to make sure they still fit.

He is now incredibly upset that I won't take him to the pool now. And the bathtub just won't do!!

Imaginary Friend...

Buddy decided that his imaginary friend would be lonely while we went into the grocery store today. So he made up an imaginary friend for his imaginary friend.

365 - Nov 8

'Quick, act innocent and like there are NO CHEERIOS here.... dude!! Wipe that cheerio off your chin, mom's TOTALLY gonna see it!!

Incidentally.....

Incidentally, if one should arrive at church at 10:31, and think 'awesome, I am only one minute late', only to discover that church started at 10am, and the new start time of ten am has been in effect since the beginning of October (and you were there, at ten, a few weeks ago yourself), then one may possibly need more sleep.

However, a three year old is perfectly capable of sitting through the service when the first half hour is loped off.

Note To Self:

when three year old says 'pease I have t-ree baby Cuppa cookies and pease I get t-ree cookies for Cuppa,' there will be more than six cookies removed from the box. In fact, the box will be quite empty.

This is despite the fact that the boy can indeed count to three and does understand the 1:1 relationship of the object to the number.
